Can't Purchase Subscription to My Arlo Floodlight Camera.

I've been trying for about 3 weeks now to add the subscription plan to my Arlo Pro 3 floodlight, as the 30 day free trial ended and the camera is no longer recording. Every time I go online to add the subscription, I enter my payment information and nothing happens.
I have contacted Arlo support via telephone; however, the problem is still not resolved...I received a "case number", but no one has contacted me.
Has anyone else had this issue? How did it get resolved?
I love my arlo cameras, but it is quite frustrating that I have a camera that will not record. Please help!
