AC power is disconnected FB1001

Hi all, I have a floodlight that I just connected an AC outdoor cable to and purchased a subscription for CVR.  It's driving me crazy because it initially charged the battery, no problem but now I am getting an "AC power disconnected from your device, CVR unavailable"

 

Any tips or advice much appreciated.

Verify that the charger is fully and properly connected on both ends. You should see a battery icon with a lightning bolt through it for the camera if power is supplied.,
