Can I connect an arlo pro 3 floodlight to a WiFi extender?

Yes because the extender is part of your home network. There would be no reason to ever use an extender if it wasn't.

Yes. Arlo Pro 3 Floodlight can sync to your Arlo Base Station/SmartHub or directly to your home network.
