Arlo pro 3 floodlight just wont work

Recently got the AP3 FL Camera and was working fine then just stopped tried everything possible to reset it and still the same this applies to both android and ios and nothing will make it come back to life the light does flash blue intermitted but that is all it will do, Deleted app,removed device factory reset you name it nothing will make it connect back to my apps after trying all these,any help or advice TIA

I dont have a store here it was got online is there no other option as arlo dont seem to be to bothered about it
