Battery % not updating

I have a VMA5600-20000S solar Panel attached to the Arlo Pro 3 camera/floodlight and the only way the battery will so the correct battery % is it I totally Restart my devise- WHY

Not sure if it is related to your issue but there was a problem recently that the App showed a different percentage then the web portal but it was said to be corrected. The App was right and web portal was wrong but working ok for me now.
