I have the Arlo pro three flood light. The battery has run down to zero or close to it. I have tried to charge it using the included battery cable but it won’t charge. I’ve confirmed that the lights do work. Because they work on AC power. I have read troubleshooting articles about plugging it in and out six times. But that has not worked. Now what?

When you've tried the battery recovery process by plugging in the camera multiple times, did you wait for the blue LED on the camera before unplugging and plugging it back in again? The idea is to get enough voltage into the battery to allow a proper charge to occur.
