So, I have several Floodlight cameras....they were on the "trial" Secure plan. It's time to end the trial plan. But try to sign up for an Arlo Secure plan, and what do you get? You get to enter your information....and then NOTHING. You're not allowed to buy the plan. There's a button for "Update Payment Information" that does not work. Click on it, and nothing happens. Thee is no "CHECKOUT" or "BUY" button on the page. Why do you create web pages that are totally useless and purport to sell plans that your customers cannot buy? Arlo is really good at sending out email after email to reemind you that your Arlo Secure plan is about to end....but the literally do not provide a solution to the problem. That's the worst "customer service" I have ever seen.

First, try manually entering all info. Autofill seems to be causing issues.
