Two days now after my contact with Arlo Support.  Support said it was going to send by email RMA instructions to return a battery.  No RMA email in two days.  Arlo is treating warranty claims like insurance companies treat casualty claims.  Delay, deny, defend hoping to wear down claimants or that they will just go away.  Suggests that Arlo is in financial straights.
