Had my first encounter with support today. If I had it to do over again, I'd go with another brand simply because of my experience with support.
Installed a spotlight camera with battery at !00% and 24 hours later it was dead having caught one bunny hopping along in the middle of the night. That's it - that's all the action the camera was called upon to catch.
First support chat agent closed me out after 20 minutes while I was trying to upload proof of purchase. Phone was refusing to upload the photo. Second agent was better, after going through the threshold steps again and finally uploading the proof of purchase photo. He sent the case to someone that does returns. That person sent me an email asking for among other things, the proof of purchase photo again. So, uploaded it again but there was no indication that it was received after I'd hit "Submit". I can think of no excuse for this chaos and stress. Am sorry I took the Arlo marketing bait.
