Why, are you having the same problem? What have you tried? Have you removed external power to see what happens? Have you reinserted the battery?

I've disconnected the external power and removed the battery. The base station still has the "Device is charging" message. Clicking "Learn More" takes you to a Pro 3 Flood article.

@gatz Can you try removing and reinstalling the camera?
