I have just installed my new Pro3 floodlight in my house, connected it to the Arlo secure app, but it is offline. How can this be?
surely if the app has found it, the floodlight must be on the wifi network.

You can check the router's connected devices list to verify that it has an IP address. When you set up the camera, were you able to complete the whole setup or was there a glitch that you had to work around? What happens if you bring the camera closer to the router? How far away from the router is the camera?

The only glitch that I had was that the app couldn't find any firmware updates. We have a high speed internet to our house via the mobile network and several hubs in different zones so coverage isn't an issue.
