My notifications stopped working. All of my phone settings are on. Smart notifications are on. Cameras work when I hit live but they are not sensing or sending me notifications anymore. Have restated them and the app and still nothing. Please help.

I'm confused - the title refers to floodlighting but the camera you tagged is a Pro, not a floodlight or spotlight model.
Try rebooting your base as well as checking to see what your active mode is.

I haven’t gotten a notification in a week myself and noticed it a little bit ago. No recorded video, no notifications, nothing. I restarted the floodlight and toggles just about everything. I just got the it back up and working. Not sure if this is what you need to do but it worked for me.
I turned the device off THEN I restarted the device. After it restarted I turned the device back on. That did the trick for my flood. I’m not sure what caused the problem in the first place but I hope it doesn’t happen again. I hope you fixed yours or this may help!
