The app continues to tell us the floodlight is offline. It is wire-free and our internet is working fine. How do we get this the light back online? How do we reconnect it to the wifi? Do we need to do a factory restore or is there a way in the app (which would make sense) to reconnect it to the internet?
Also, we DO have a service plan. It is beyond ridiculous that paying monthly for a service does not qualify us for a Live Chat experience. Bad customer service model. We are paying for service on a camera that we cannot use until we get support? Unacceptable.

Have you tried removing the camera battery and reinserting it?
