I have been trying to get Arlo support but the website leads you to a never ending loop of forwarding articles and resulting in nothing but frustration. Can I get a real person to help me?
Virtual chat is the same never ending loop of no help. How do you get a living person to help?
My maybe 8 month old floodlight just stopped working. It will not charge, I have a solar charger. I plugged it into the electrical outlet to charge, will not charge. I did the factory reset and it will not charge. How to I find out if it can be replaced under warranty?
How do you ever get to a live person in the Arlo world?

You say you performed a factory reset, did you see any LED behavior? What LED behavior do you see when you connected the charging cable?
