For the last few days, I am receiving the following message
"We are sorry, the system is experiencing an unexpected issue"
Can someone please tell me if it's something on our end?

No more error message, I contacted support and they figured it out. It was a setting issue. It has been resolved.

What are you seeing on the base? You should see 3 green ones.  If not, we need to know details.

 

Also, try turning the base off and on. Try both the app and a computer browser.

Ok, lights on base are on.. we are restarting now. It's just weird how I had no trouble viewing all devices and receiving notifications on the app on my phone and now nothing. Also tried in browser.
