I used to be able to download videos in mp4 on my mac. Not anymore. I can't even see the videos from my cameras on my mac. I get the "request timed out" message all the time now. Why did Arlo ruin a good thing? I have crimes videos that need to be sent to police and I can't. Why do I get the timed out message now and how do we get rid of it?

You can always download using the app - you get the same file that you would get on a computer.

What browser are you using? Have you tried another?
