ISO why my ARLO PRO 2 cameras are not capturing all movements in the cameras path?

ISO why my ARLO PRO 2 cameras are not capturing all movements in the cameras path? Color night vision does seem to work anymore either. I am out of service window and cannot receive service without buying a program.

The pro2 cameras don’t have colour night vision so you may have a different model or there was sufficient lighting to keep it in daylight mode.

Have you tried testing the cameras using the motion detection utility in the camera settings?
Toggle the arm disarm mode to see if that resolves the issue.
