asking for paid subscription

I activated an Arlo 2 camera that I purchased off E-Bay and to go along with 3 other working cameras that I have had for years. After successful installation it has a message that states I need a paid subscription for camera to operate. Not sure what to do. The other cameras work just fine.

WHat is an "Arlo 2" camera? There's the Pro 2 which has the free 7 day plan but any of the newer Essential Gen. 2 cameras need a subscription.
