arlo pro 2 what is the upgrade posibillity

I have a VMB4000 base station and 5 arlo pro 2 (H3) cameras.

How many cameras can i connect to the base station? i heard that it can take 15 cameras, but you only can stream 5.?

Can i ad newer cameraes on this base station?

To exceed the 5 camera limit for your account you will need a subscription. Yes max 15 cameras per base and limited to 5 cameras streaming at same time.
This limit relates to the wifi channel capacity but could be further reduced by the internet bandwidth limits.

Thanks 👍 what about connecting new cameras on the marked now to the base station. Do this work?

You can add newer model arlo cameras but they will require a subscription plan anyway.
