Will I lose Features If I Add Arlo Pro 2 Camera To My Arlo Base Rather Than Using Arlo Pro 2 Base?

I have an existing 5-camera Arlo system (love it!) and would like to expand.  My current base is a VMB3000.  I understand that I can upgrade my subscription to add cameras.  If I upgrade my subscription and add an Arlo Pro 2 camera, will all the features of the Arlo Pro 2 work?  Or do I need to buy an Arlo Pro 2 base?

All wireless cameras work with all base stations.
