Arlo Pro 2 Video recording too short when it should record up to 300 secs

Majority of my videos are 10-15 sec and I've set it to record up to 300 sec. There is still motion going on yet why do i have short recordings?

Are you using ' till motion stops' setting..... If so pick a fixed time.

 

if the cam doesn't see additional motion it will stop around that time
