Why do I have to pay for the Premier Plan again when subscribing to a new CVR plan

I would like to subscribe to a CVR plan for 1 camera. I’m already subscribed to the Premier Annual Plan. Why do I have to pay for the Premier Plan again when subscribing to a new CVR plan.

Go through the whole process. The intermediate steps make it look as if your subscription is adding more but the final screen shows the proper cost and subscriptions.
