Pretty bad service when you sell something and can't get it fixed. You only want me to buy a new camera. Then you tell me you would sent ma a coupon for a new camera and never received it

It would cost close to or the same as a new camera would cost. Same as most electronics. You should contact them again with your ticket number to inquire on the discount coupon. Support is a tedious process.
