I have 2 Arlo Systems (Arlo Pro 2 and Arlo Ultra). How do I connect both base stations to my account on the app? I was only able to connect the Arlo Ultra.

Both connect the same using the app. If this is a new installation try holding the reset button on the 4000 until the LEDs flash amber and try again. You should have both the power and internet LEDs green so the claiming can work. You may also want to try rebooting your router.

This response was helpful but didn't work. I reset base station and got amber then green lights and tried to connect this base to app. For some reason the app on my iphone does not pick up/locate the Arlo Pro 2 base station.

Try using my.arlo.com on a PC

What color, if any, is the Camera LED? Should be off or solid amber.
