When Connecting Through Norton VPN - Cameras Wont Stay Connected

when i turn on norton vpn cameras will run live for a split second and then say connection failed.

turn off norton vpn everything runs fine.

running windows 10, with norton 360 running in background

Are the following ports passed thru ? .... ports 80, 123 and 443 to arlo.netgear.com.
