We purchased longer charge cords so we don’t have to take them down to charge. They are outside. We have power to the source. The battery level is not going down or up

What is the battery symbol showing on the App dashboard page?
If there is no lightning bolt then it is not externally powered. What charger are you using to power the cables? The arlo USB charger is a Qualcomm type that uses +9vdc/+5vdc to charge the battery. If the cables to the camera are too long the voltage drop could prevent the charging operation.
