So, what is the latest position - at some point in the last few months i have lost my 7 day cloud recording, which I expected to have for lifetime of the camera without a subscription, which was the only reason I selected Arlo. Has this gone away? I am USA based. 

 

I'm tagging the mods - @JamesC , @ShayneS , @BrookeN - can you guys do a back sync for my system too.

7 day cloud storage is still available. Under feed what are you seeing? Are you a main account holder or an authorized user?
