My son in law created an access so that I could use his set up Arlo 2.
He sent the email and from the invitation, I created an account.
I was prompt by Arlo to Verify the email. I pressed verify email.
However, his set up access was still pending and seems to be not accepted.
We have done many times but still my set up did not successfully work as expected.
Can you please help me?

You should have gotten a message that your email address was verified - just pressing the Verify Email selection isn't sufficient. It's possible that you misentered your email address when creating the account (maybe an invisible space?) so check that.
You may also want to try using a computer to create the account which seems to work better. Have you SiL remove your access from his account and then try again, using the emailed invitation seen on the computer.

We both deleted the history in web.
Thereafter I received a new invitation and set again the Arlo access in 2nd log in
