Thanks for your answer. No. I use Apple. Until last weeks everything worked fine. Until the message "update the adobe flash player" appeared.

WHat browser are you using? Have you tried another? If the browser requires a separate install of Flash, is the Flash installation up to date? Is the browser up to date?

I use chrome and safari. Both are up to date and Arlo doesn´t work with them. The Adobe Flash Player is updated. I don´t know what else I can do.

For Chrome v69, use this in the URL bar:
chrome://flags/#enable-ephemeral-flash-permission
Disable the setting. This turns off the Flash notice but otherwise doesn't seem to make a difference. Others have said that they simply click on the Flash notice to dismiss it and then everything works anyways. That doesn't happen for you?

In Chrome this is what I see
In the orange message, to the right small hard to see Blue letters "Here". Single click there, white box pops up on left side, click allow. I the white box does not pop up you have notifications of in settings
I had to go to Chrome, Win 10 would not play Library because of Adobe Flash. Hope Adobe fixes it security problems or Arlo goes to different program

That's a totally different issue. Arlo doesn't use Flash for watching videos in any browser. What's happening is that a recent MS update somehow FUBARed the ability to view the videos with IE and Edge. I keep hoping a newer update fixes it but even the October update to build 1809 doesn't help. Arlo is working on a fix but it's not available yet.

I don't see why you can't continue to use your Mac to access the website. You can always use a different browser such as Firefox or Chrome even if your desired browser can't be set to use Flash. Note that all recent browser updates require that you use the browser settings to enable Flash, when supported.

I use Chrome and Safari. With both browsers Arlo doesn´t work. Some weeks before it worked brilliant. The flash player is not the problem, I think. But I am not a specialist.

I found the reason. Kaspersky Internet Security is the problem, because of it doesn´t work. Thanks for your help !!

I believe this is more a function of Safari and Flash. I get the same message every now and then. When I click on it, I have to click "always allow" or something like that. Once I do that, it works. I believe this changed when Apple updated their security to be able to block flash on websites. Also check your settings here. It's annoying, but it does work. See screenshot attached.

It's convoluted. Sometimes it's just the browser setting which is easy to fix. Other times, a particular AV package has a setting that needs to be changed. It used to be Norton AV, now it's Kaspersky.
