I keep trying to get me new phone set up with Arlo but no matter how many ways I try, I get the following error - see attached picture

Which version of the Arlo mobile app is installed on your iPhone? Which version of iOS is installed on the iPhone as well?

You can see the iOS version in settings->general->software update
For the Arlo app, select "settings", and scroll down to the bottom - where you will see "about". Select "about", and you'll see the Arlo app version.
