Geofencing always says phone is at home

Hello, we’ve had Arlo for years and have used it with no problems. For the last 6 months we have been battling with the geofencing thinking my husbands phone is home when it’s not. If I untick both phones save and re add them I can get it to work for a day then it just reverts back to always thinking his phone is here. During this time he upgraded his phone from iPhone 6 to iphone 13 (originally we thought maybe it was cos his phone was old) but it’s still happening with the iphone 13. My phone iPhone XR works perfectly. Please can you advise how we can get it working again? As at the moment it’s totally useless to us.

Which version of the Arlo app and iOS is installed on the phones?

Arlo version 3.5.12

Husbands phone
Iphone 13 iOS 15.2.1
Arlo version 3.5.12

It’s been working for the last few days, then this morning it thinks my husbands phone is still home after he left.

Maybe try updating this phone to 15.3.1 next. Also, make sure background refresh is enabled for the Arlo app.

One aspect here is that the app needs to be running (and logged in) for this feature to work.
