The hub will not connect to the app, it won’t recognize the hub. I’ve tried all the the troubleshooting suggestions, none of them work. I tried the “chat” feature, which was an automated joke and gave all the same suggestions you can find on the app. How is there no phone number for customer service?!

Are you trying to setup the system from new or has it just stopped working?
Can you confirm if you have the issue using the arlo web portal on the pc browser rather than the mobile?
