Unable to recognize Cameras

My cameras all of a sudden are not recognized by my Arlo Base station, I’ve disconnected internet, rebooted everything a couple of times. When check my status on phone get all is good! On the Arlo Base station, first two lights light up green but no third light for recognizing the cameras. Tried synchronizing one of the cameras and get nothing. Any suggestions?

    Are your cameras missing from the app completely or are they showing offline?

     

    Try manually syncing the camera while plugged into a charger and pressing the base top button momentarily then do the same on the camera.

     

    Trying to add a camera that’s already in your account will not work as it needs to be removed from the account first.
