I'm wondering if anyone else is having the same problems I'm having with the new Arlo app? It's absolutely horrible! I can't see my cameras and that constantly tells me they are offline. However I can look in the feed and see the videos that it's recording. I want the old app back is there a way to do that because this one makes me want to get rid of Arlo completely.

Can you try removing just one of the Pro 2 and re-adding it back to the account?

YESSSSS! Several pro 2s stopped working over the past year or so. Either the batteries stopped charging or the cameras wouldn't connect despite all the trouble shooting efforts. I purchased 2 new cameras last month and I'm in the trial period for the monitoring service. It's considerably worst than what I had. The older cameras go offline seconds after opening the app. The new cameras don't record half the activity. The older plugged in cameras don't stay charged anymore. I have to unplug & take the battery out & plug back in for them to charge. I also noticed my phone drains faster since I updated the app. I'm looking for info on reverting to the old app.

@Catlady4114 please reach out to support within the app and let them know the behavior you are seeing. Regarding reverting back to the old app that is not possible.
