I no longer have the mobile number that is assigned to my acct. When I attempt to log in Arlo sends a PIN to verify me to the phone # that I no longer have? What are my options? I'd prefer not create a new account.

Wait for the push notification to time out, and then select email verification. After you regain access, create (or revise) the SMS notification method so it has your correct phone number.
The default notification is web push, which should work if the new phone is a trusted device, so check for that as well.
