Hi, I have had my Arlo Pro 2 System with 8 cameras for almost 2 years, and wanted to make a small change with locations for the the cameras, and so I wanted to change the name for 2 of the cameras, but its not possible. I have removed the cameras from the system, and added them again, but it will not change the name.... Is there any way to reset the camera to factory settings so I can change the name?

You can edit the name w/o resetting the cameras.
For instance, with https://my.arlo.com you:
- click on the settings wheel for the camera
- click on the green pencil next to the current camera name
- enter the new name you want.

It is working with my Pro 2 cameras (just tried it using Chrome on a Windows 10 PC).
What browser are you using?
If it fails with the app and also with Chrome or Firefox, then perhaps try support: https://www.arlo.com/en-us/support/contact.aspx

I'm not a Mac owner, so I have no direct experience with Safari. I do know that this works on Chrome, since I just tried it. So you could try downloading that, and see if that works. Alternatively try it with the mobile app.
