Cannot update support case. Receiving an error message and cannot reply to email or go on chat.

I'm trying to reply to a support case.  Clicking the button opens a page that says:  There was an error processing your request. Please contact with Arlo Support

 

I cannot reply to the support email since it bounces back.  I tried clicking Live Chat and have been waiting forever... 

 

Help!

Took awhile but got through Live Chat the next day.
