I have encountered some sort of time filtering issue for approx 4 months, this is a bug and need to be fixed. I didn’t report the issue is just thinking the update could help, but so far, several updates released from Arlo, but the problem still there. I saw some people have reported the same issue in Arlo community but it looks like the technical team have no action on it.

Problem: I get the notifications of new recordings but I can't access or see them in my library until 10am, after this time the video uploads to library back normal. I'm on Australian East Standard Time. It shows the recordings from the previous day in the current day. It looks like the server or something in ARLO end hold the video from uploading to server until the specific time arrives. Camera captures video, so I have the notifications. We have different apple devices, they have same issues.

This is a bug that needs to be logged with the Dev team to fix.

sounds like your app is showing "library"?

My app is showing "feed" but seems to be having similar issue, since it starts showing local recordings under FEED > local (in parallel with Devices > base > Storage settings).

I am feeling they have mixed up interpreting time as local time vs GMT time.   As a result, the recording you are after won't be considered as "today's" until Australia 10am (which is GMT 0:00 during UK summer and Australian summer time)

I must add this is my speculation.  Afterall, I won't bother to troubleshoot these non-showstopper (at least to me) on behalf of ARLO.  And even if I bother to help troubleshoot, they just won't bother to look into it and fix it.
