new software on pc not finding base station.

new software requires that the devices be discovered. went through the tabs to get the base station detected (tried 4 times) and it was not detected. selected the correct series. seems that the new software does not carryover the old software information regarding base and camera data.
what do dis old guy gotta do to get back online?

Since the base and cameras are already in your account, you can't add them again. What is the base showing on its LED(s)? Which base is it? Look at the bottom for a label that shows VMBxxxx.
