Anyone else getting this issue? Never seen it before until getting home today. Now it won’t go away despite an app restart.

I unplugged the base station for 10 seconds and it’s okay now.

Maybe if you power cycle the base. Give it a shot.

Got the same message, no library - it said Arlo Tech working on it .... appears to be a new problem.

We've had users experiencing problems accessing the library between 5-6:23 PM PDT yesterday. To check the system status, you can refer to https://status.arlo.com/
