Symbol Akku/Batterie in der App nicht sichtbar

In der App erscheint unter "Geraeteeinstellungen" bei einer meiner Kameras das Symbol "Akku/Batterie" (das den Ladegrad des Akkus in % anzeigt) nicht. Habe die Kamera unter Einstellungen bereits entfernt und neu hinzugefuegt. Ohne Erfolg. Weiss jemand einen Rat...? Vielen Dank!

Does the same issue occur over the web browser? Can you also try removing and reinstalling the Arlo app?

Yes, it also occurs in the web browser. App removed and reinstalled - still the same.
I guess I will buy a new battery (even if it is difficult to find for my Arlo Pro 2...) and retry.
