Can I store to local storage and the cloud at the same time. Or can I transfer cloud storage to local storage

Any TRIGGERED recordings go automatically to the Cloud and the USB backup if backup is set up properly.

you can't move from the cloud to usb storage unless it is done on a manual basis.
