My Arlo pro 2 camera is not recording. One of them is the other isn’t.

Hi my alro pro is not recording the movements etc . Any idea why ? One of them is the other isn’t . Thanks

First verify the motion icon is active ( black running man or black ball with lines )

If it is then try

1) disarm and rearm , test

2) power button reboot the base, let come back , arm and test

3) pull battery and reset camera, rearm, test
