Is it possible to request a list of dates/times of any intentionally deleted videos?  I allowed someone else to have access to my account, and now I suspect she purposely deleted something she should not have.

Nope. Your choices are to remove her and/or proactively download your videos.

Also a usb backup could have helped in this case
