Motion detection stopped working on one of my Arlo Pro 2 cameras. Never changed settings.

Good Morning! I bought my 4-camera system (Pro 2) over a year ago and recently my cameras have been acting up.....First, the motion detection stopped working on one of my 4 cameras, I never changed my settings or anything, it just stopped working all of a sudden. Second, the motion detection feature is working no problem on my other 3 cameras but they only record 1-2 seconds (for every video clip), that's it.....
I have no idea why my cameras are acting so strange, without any change of settings.....Please help.

Start by rebooting your base and reinserting batteries in your cameras. If that doesn't help, remove all devices from Settings, My Devices. Hold the reset button on the base until the LEDs flash amber. Let the base reboot and start fresh.
