Arlo pro 2 with solar panel reporting ac power disconnected activity zones disabled

Here goes.  I have 10 cameras in three homes.  Three on solar panels.  About two weeks ago all three Arlo Pro 2 cameras on Solar panels show on computer access alerts. Click on the alert and you will get a response AC power disconnected activity zones not working.  Duh.  AC power was never connected and all worked fine.  Seems they continue to push through updates and fail in properly debugging them.  Called to Arlo.  First gave me a case # and said someone would get back to me, never happened. Follow up call to them. put on hold forever, finally tech (ha ha) comes back and says to remove and replace battery.  OK fine, Two of these cameras are in NJ 1300 miles away.  But one was in home I am in. Tried it did not work.  Without activity zones my alerts are going crazy. Hopefully someone has a fix without driving 1300 miles.
