Replaced new cellphone with same number. Getting "Device Not Recognized" for Two Step Verification.

I activated Two Step Verification some time ago. I recently replaced my cell phone using the same cell number. However, I am no longer able to get into "My Arlo". It keeps saying "device not recognized". How do I get back into my account to view security videos?

Have to configured the app on your new phone to be a trusted device as well as the primary device?

I cannot access my account in order to make the new cell phone a trusted device.  I am locked out on both the cell phone and laptop.
