Firmware update bricked my device, Arlo does not care

One of my six Arlo Pro 2 camers bricked after a firmware update. Contact Arlo, but no one cares about it.

They want to be to invest 200 hours into their fault for a cheap $100 crap device.

 

Can anyone believe how bad customer service can be?
