Reconnect not working for Pro2

Pro2 lost connection while Ultra camera is okay. Pro2 won’t reconnect.

Thanks for the comment. Finally got the cameras working again after multiple disconnects and reconnects of the base and then re-synching with the cameras.  Don't know why they all of a sudden were able to synch.  Also, I'm annoyed that Arlo provides very little information online to troubleshoot Pro2 problems, when compared with other Arlo products.

Pull the camera battery for 10sec and see if they reconnect ok.

Glad to hear that you got it working again.

 

I generally find that when weird things happen is to allow 24hrs for arlo to resolve it since it’s usually caused by their backend equipment.

 

I think the reason for less online troubleshooting is that they are the most reliable compared to the other cameras.
