Recently upgraded phone and did backup. New phone has Arlo app but says does not recognize me.

I recently upgraded my cell phone - I did a back up to the cloud before deleting everything on the old phone.  The new phone has the Arlo app but I cannot bonnet to the system - keeps telling me it does not recognize me.

 

Any helpful suggestions?

delete the app and reinstall.... sign in as normal like before
